We are looking for a Pharmacy Counter Assistant who is able to work responsively and is comfortable managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate has at least 1 years of experience in a Pharmacy customer service based position. The right candidate will be an excellent team player who is capable of handling operational tasks while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist tin the sale of OTC medications for a range of common ailments
  • Provide good customer service.
  • Organise and maintain the presentation of the shop
  • Advising customers on the range of Pharmacy services available.
  • Supporting and delivering Pharmacy services
  • Talking to customers and offering information in a confident, friendly and professional manner, providing our customers with a great service, making them want to visit our Pharmacy again.
  • To handle prescriptions within the pharmacy and handout medications
  • You will have good general retail skills, be friendly, plus enjoy providing consistent and excellent customer service. Training and support will be provided.

You will work under the supervision of a responsible pharmacist, who will always be available should you need to refer a patient or seek advice.

Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
