Location: Central London

Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus + Flexibility

Capstone’s cost management team are immensely proud to be retained by a real estate consultancy to source an Associate Director Cost Manager to form part of their leadership team. The organisation prides themselves on their service excellence which they have developed through their expertise, accumulated over the past 80 years. The organisation, although covering multiple real estate asset classes has found their niche in the Arts and Culture, Education Residential sectors.

This employer has recently gone through a rebrand and with a new ownership model in place they are looking to capitalise on their years of success and client relationships to take their business to the next level. One of the company owners is renowned within the Arts & Culture sector and as a result of this continued success is looking for a number two to help take this offering to the next level. There is a very real opportunity for equity for the right person.

The Role:

You will be working directly with one of the Directors and business owner. The role presents a unique opportunity to join a small and diverse team at a senior position and hit the ground running on their current pipeline of schemes with projects ranging from £2/3M to £25M. You will have a team beneath you and will assist the owner with growing the arts and culture offering. There are numerous existing client relationships for you to harness and develop into your own relationships.

The shape of cities is forever changing with more emphasis and investment on cultural regeneration as an anchor to cities as opposed to retail. This employer is poised to take advantage of this shift in how city center’s will look for future generations.

About you:

• MRICS Quantity Surveyor. Employer’s Agent experience would be an added plus
• Proven Cost Management experience within a similar role. Preferably within the residential, PRS sector on projects between £5M and £80M
• Well-presented individual due to the client facing nature of the role.
• Strong management and technical skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
