The Corporate Team Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating a team of professionals to achieve their goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams and delivering results in a fast-paced corporate environment.Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of professionals to achieve their individual and team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, progress, and challenges to senior management.
  • Manage and allocate resources, including budget, staffing, and equipment, to ensure the team has the necessary resources to achieve its goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in team management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams and delivering results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Sound understanding of business operations, including financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
