We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist, to join a busy law firm in Liverpool (L3). The ideal candidate will already have experience of working in a prestigious and corporate fast-paced environment and be available immediately.Temporary to permanent
Hours: 08:00 - 18:30 (Monday - Friday)
£10.15 ph
Duties Include
" Screen and direct calls in a professional manner
" Take and relay messages
" Provide information to callers
" Direct persons to correct destination
" Collection and return of files
" General administrative and clerical support
" Mange the presentation of the reception area
" Monitor and Tidy Client meeting rooms
" Assist Facilities Department with client and customer requests
" Collection and distribution of post
Person Specification
" Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
" Excellent telephone skills.
" Ability and desire to learn new systems - in-house training given.
" Attention to detail when updating notes onto database.
" Ability to be proficient at all times, ensuring correspondence such as; letters, emails and telephone calls are actioned/compiled in a professional manor.
" Good verbal and written communication skills
" Professional personal presentation
" Dependable
