Job Description

As a corporate associate you will be advising on a broad range of corporate matters including; M&A, ECM, general corporate advisory, start-ups, corporate finance and some banking matters.

The Successful Applicant

The successful corporate associate will be qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction. Due to the nature of the role you must be available on maximum of 4 weeks notice
