In the first few weeks, you will be scheduled for training, build crucial relationships with your team, learn from your colleagues about what is expected across the site and educate yourself regarding policies and procedures.

To be successful you will need to evidence your honesty, reliability and at all times maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service. we would expect you to do internal patrols and assist staff on site.
