Job summary:

We are looking for a writer/copy writer with some knowledge and awareness of SEO to join the Marketing team at Cliphair. Responsible for creating articles, press releases and on site, social and email copy. In addition to helping craft the brand tone of voice.

This is an entry level position and an excellent opportunity for a graduate to gain valuable multichannel ecommerce experience in both UK and US markets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create & upload weekly blog posts
  • Re-writes/updates of existing blogs
  • Creating web page, product content and FAQs
  • Writing press releases, external articles for links and campaigns
  • Create copy style/tone of voice brand guidelines
  • Create supporting content and descriptions for video
  • Create copy for email, social and other marketing channels
  • Keyword & Content research, using SEMRush, Google Trends, BuzzSumo and other tools to plan content
  • Competitor analysis

Experience / Qualification Required:

  • Degree in Journalism, English or equivalent course qualification
  • Minimum one year experience in similar role .
  • Content portfolio/examples of work

Preferred:

  • Interest in the Hair & beauty (plus fashion and health) industries
  • Understanding of Search Engine Optimization and interest in marketing

Salary : £25,000-£28,000 Per annum.
