Role Description
The Coordinator will be responsible for managing customers service operations and coordinating maintenance requests.
This full-time role is located on-site in Birmingham and will require exceptional communication and organisation skills. The Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching the onsite staff to resolve maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills and experience
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Experience with scheduling and dispatching staff
- Knowledge and understanding of property maintenance industry (
not essential)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skill
- Previous experience is perferred.
Salary £22,000-£24,000. This will increase drastically with progression in the role.
