All Purpose Maintenance (APM) specialise in facilities management. We offer planned and reactive maintenance services throughout the Midlands and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves in providing transparent and efficient services to our clients, with the help of our professional staff.

Role Description

The Coordinator will be responsible for managing customers service operations and coordinating maintenance requests.

This full-time role is located on-site in Birmingham and will require exceptional communication and organisation skills. The Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching the onsite staff to resolve maintenance issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills
  • Experience with scheduling and dispatching staff
  • Knowledge and understanding of property maintenance industry (

not essential)

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skill
  • Previous experience is perferred.

Salary £22,000-£24,000. This will increase drastically with progression in the role.
