We’re looking for a Civils Coordinator to join our Falcon Cities Project team based in Falkirk.

Location: Scotland, Falkirk

Contract: Permanent, Full time

What will you be responsible for?

As a Civils Coordinator, you’ll be working within the Falcon Cities Project team, supporting them in assisting with our telecoms contracts throughout Scotland. You will help ensure we maintain and deliver our targets throughout our Falcon cities build and hit the glides we commit to our client week on week.

Your Day To Day Will Include
  • Ensure all enabling suppliers are delivering to the committed dates agreed with daily updates to be provided by suppliers on delivery. And working with TM suppliers to arrange dates.
  • Liaising with Local Authorities, and requesting Notices to be raised and ensure works are completed within the timeframe set out
  • Dealing with Supervisors and Operatives, allocate work on Depot Net, print Packs and provide to teams daily. Working with internal teams to raise DFEs and closing of estimates and invoicing and closing down of estimates
  • Attend weekly meetings with Openreach & Kier Senior management to review high level overview of delivery and collaboratively committing delivery dates to meet weekly THP targets and overview the workstack and report into the Client.
  • Ensuring all Direct Labour and Suppliers have submitted all Risk Assessments daily via our in-house Applications and raising any requests for PPE / Equipment & Tool Requisitions and Hiring of Tools as instructed by Line Manager

What are we looking for?

This role of Civils Coordinator is great for you if:
  • You have previous Telecoms experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel & Office experience
  • A good track record of working in an office/programme-based environment
  • The ability to work collaboratively with Stakeholders both within the client spectrum and suppliers.
