Main duties of the job

An opportunity has arisen for a Cook Team Leader who is enthusiastic, reliable and motivated who works well as part of a team, in a busy kitchen environment. Will be required to cover Alltwen, Bryn Beryl and Dolgellau.

Basic duties include the preparation and cooking of food for patients, staff, visitors and functions and the maintenance of high standards of quality and hygiene.

Skills and qualities: -
  • Sufficient experience of working as a Chef catering for large numbers
  • Flexible approach to work and needs of the service
  • Excellent team worker.
  • Friendly and professional approach
  • Maybe required to work in other units
  • Weekend work included
