Nantwich – £36,500 - £48,500A requirement has arisen for a Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Exec/Licensed Conveyancer to join an existing team within a long established regional law firm.You will be based in the Nantwich office, dealing with a full caseload of c.100 conveyancing matters. The firm have a very strong reputation within the Cheshire/Staffordshire area and receive many referrals and recommendations and are noted for their work within the property market.You will be managing your own caseload, priorities and demonstrating great organisational skills, you will be able to work autonomously and effectively and assist less experienced members of the team when required.Your caseload will consist of freehold and leasehold transactions (from file opening through to completion and post completion work) including unregistered, shared ownership, re-mortgage, transfer of equity, newbuild and help to buy and there will be an opportunity of hybrid working will be available to the right candidate after a period of timeYou will also have access to Legal Secretarial supportApply now for immediate consideration
