Description
Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner - Somerset/Dorset Borders
Established regional law firm with a strong presence across Somerset is seeking tro recruit an additional Conveyancer.
An experienced fee earner is required to take over an existing cased load of files relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties including Deed of Variation, remortgages and transfer of equity.
The role will involve managing a team of paralegals and helping to develop business further through business development and marketing.
Ideally, you will be a qualified fee earner that is used to managing a caseload with or without supervision and also be able to assist with business development and marketing.
