Service Care Legal Recruitment are currently working alongside a Legal 500 firm based in the North West who are currently in need a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team.

The Role: Conveyancing Fee Earner

Location: North West of England

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

The Role:

  • Deal with your own Conveyancing caseload from start to completion
  • Provide an excellent service to both new and existing clients
  • Handle a full caseload of both Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchase files from inception to completion

The Person:

  • Someone with a minimum of 2 years’ experience of dealing with their own Conveyancing caseload, not necessarily qualified
  • Have experience of handling caseloads from start to completion
  • Have strong professional integrity and strive to deliver the best possible service to clients
