We are currently recruiting for a Pharma Controller to be based at our Warrington or Manchester depot.

Working Pattern: 45 hours per week Monday to Friday-07.00 to 17.00

Job summary

· Support the Pharmaceutical Operations Manager

· Support other members of the Rico management teams.

· Liaising with Pharmaceutical clients on a daily basis dealing with driver routes, issues, and other aspects of the pharma contract

· Customer operational management dealing with local branch: support, invoicing, compliance, investigations

· Central transport management: support, route information (for route rationalisation) reports, investigations.

Job Responsibilities

· Managing emails and bookings via email and phone calls

· Dealing with day-to-day operations

· Maintenance of all the driver related training records

· Training drivers on the SOP supplied by the clients.

· Arranging cover for pre-book and emergency routes

· Dealing with customer complaints

· Liaising with Rico Service Centres across the UK

· Creating customer KPI reports

· Creating the sales reports for NCC

· Updating any route changes

· Dealing with Transport Managers for Rico’s clients

· Assist in the implementation of with any new pharma contract awarded to Rico.

· Creating Sign Offs for Pharma clients

Monitored Duties

· Monitor drivers service level on routes booked

· Monitor and report client expectations.

· Monitor fleet requirements on customer requirements

· Provide weekly reports as and when requested and in the format requested.

Because of the changing nature of our business these will inevitably change from time to time, as directed by management, you may be required to undertake other duties which fall within your capabilities and role.

Essential

· Solid IT knowledge including Microsoft packages and Intermediate level in Excel

· Working knowledge of SOP process

· Operational background in transport

· Sound geographical knowledge of the UK

· Fluent in spoken and written English

· GCSE level of education

Security screening
