Job content
Control Room Operator position remit includes: -Carrying out duties relating to monitoring CCTV & Alarm systems
Dispatching appropriate emergency services and/or key-holders
Fielding inbound telephone & email enquiries
Responding & directing Message Handling calls on behalf of our partners
Booking emergency engineers & logging information across multiple software platforms
Assisting with False Alarm Management
Commissioning new sites
Position is offered on a 4on/4off rolling shift pattern
Skills & Experience
A focus on delivering good customer service is essential
Excellent communication skills
A great telephone manner
Competent IT/Computer skills
Ability to work under pressure
CCTV/Alarm Handling Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) - SIA License (Advantageous but training provided for the right candidates)
