Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate control room equipment and systems
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Analyse data and make informed decisions based on findings
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Provide excellent customer service, including phone etiquette
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Vigilantly monitoring alarms and surveillance footage for signs of potential threats or suspicious activity.
- Taking swift action by alerting Mobile Response Units or local law enforcement when intruders are detected.
- Conducting proactive site checks to prevent theft and facilitate the recovery of stolen goods.
- Reporting and addressing camera faults promptly to ensure uninterrupted surveillance.
- Handling incoming calls from sites, guards, and clients with professionalism and efficiency.
- Crafting comprehensive incident reports to document and address security incidents.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a control room or similar environment preferred
- Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in data entry and analysis
- Familiarity with control room equipment and systems is desirable

Salary: From £10.80 per hour
