This is an opportunity to join a leading contractor as a Contracts Manager, overseeing 3 sites across the Basingstoke area. Their market-leading service is maintained through a committed team of highly trained operatives.

The Role Of Contracts Manager
  • Overseeing 3 sites
  • Lead a team of Supervisors, Administrators, Planners and Operatives
  • Ensure Health and Safety compliance
  • Manage, monitor, review and oversee customer satisfaction across the contract
In order to be successful for the Contracts Manager role:
  • Good record of Health and Safety
  • Experience in a similar position previously
  • SMSTS Qualification
  • Experience in Student Accommodation/Education preferred
