We require two Contracts Managers to support our Operations Manager in the leadership and management of regional delivery teams in the North West and West Midlands.

The individuals will be required to ensure that our delivery teams across the UK are executing projects safely and effectively, with an emphasis on quality and customer expectations., whilst identifying risk and exploiting opportunities.

The roles will require the candidates to set clear objectives for the delivery teams as well as monitoring and reporting on their progress against targets.

This is a great opportunity for those wishing to progress their career from site/project engineer to managing delivery teams in an environment which is both dynamic and energetic.

We are looking for qualified candidates (geotechnical/civils background) with experience and knowledge of ground engineering operations.

The roles require capable person-managers, able to develop and coach teams, who can address HR issues promptly and robustly. The candidates will be both focussed and thorough and have the gravitas and professional credibility to advise senior management when something needs immediate redress together with the tenacity and drive to ensure that the necessary action is taken.

The candidates need to be capable of communicating ideas and concepts effectively to both their own team and externally. The roles require sound presentational skills and the capability to originate and develop new and innovative processes across the company.

The candidates need to be able to set, deliver and measure clear targets, must have a strong commercial acumen and a good working knowledge of contracts.
