TechnikGS are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join the team based in Runcorn, Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an appropriately qualified and experienced Contracts Engineer/Manager to join our specialist geotechnical contractor TechnikGS. We are looking for a person to join us and work alongside our Pre-Construction and Operations team and will report to our Operations Director. This is a permanent, full time position.

If you have a degree in engineering, construction, geology or similar and/or previous management experience, ideally in the piling sector, with the ambition to make a difference, we would like to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing various specialist piling projects across the UK.
  • Managing Quality & HSQE
  • Management of our Site Personnel
  • Liaising with Clients and Engineers.
  • Procurement and management of materials and equipment selection
  • Project financial management
  • Full time (office based with site visits)

Experience and skills required:

  • Some project management experience in construction or civil engineering.
  • Degree in engineering, construction, geology or similar, would be desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communicator.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • A professional approach.
  • Driving licence.
