Contracts Manager - Carpentry

    • ITS Construction (Southampton) have a great opportunity for a Contracts Manager to join an established and well-respected Carpentry contractor in Southampton. You will be responsible for managing a mixture of Residential and Commercial carpentry projects across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire.

    Experience Required
    • 2+ years’ proven Contract management experience
    • Experience within the carpentry new build or commercial sector.
    • Excellent planning and organisational skills
    • Self-disciplined to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision
    • Excellent communication skills for liaising with a wide range of clients, professionals, and workers on site, with the ability to establish and maintain strong lasting relationships
    • Meticulous attention to detail for conducting site inspections and managing complex contracts
    • Excellent numerical and IT skills, including knowledge of relevant building methods and project management software to manage information and finances during the project
    • Strong leadership attributes to lead by example and motivate your team to ensure a high standard of work in line with the company values
    • Aptitude in decision-making with the ability to work well under pressure within a strict deadline environment.
