Our Procurement and Contract Management team are looking to appoint an experienced Contract Specialist to support our Facilities Management category looking after Grounds Maintenance and Waste contracts.

Your Key Accountabilities In Helping Us Will Be
  • Manage the contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and Incentive Mechanisms
  • Work closely with Stakeholders to support smooth operation of the contract and offer contractual support where applicable
  • Assist with payments ensuring budgetary compliance
  • Track and reconcile Contract Changes and Recharges
  • Manage contract risk via Risk Register
  • Promote added value activity and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure issues and challenges are clearly and concisely articulated to enable appropriate mitigation actions
  • Support extending / de-mobilising /mobilising contracts where applicable

You’ll join the team with provable experience in analytics and will be able to work with data to a high level. Alongside this you’ll have a sound understanding of the processes involved in water utility, capability development or Procurement. You will be a comfortable SAP user in relevant SAP modules, BW, Power BI and other reporting tools and you’ll be confident in training and educating users in tools, techniques, and reports.

The cherry on top? You’ll have a good understanding of NEC contracts and will hold a professional qualification which supports your high-quality analytical skills.
