The Role

We have a requirement for a Contract Paralegal to assist with a project within one of our Commercial Banking Clients via out Commercial Services function at TLT. This opportunity will be between 6-9 months long and on an initial remote basis. Hybrid working may be required at points therefore, commuting to London may also be necessary.

Main Duties

As a Contract Paralegal you will be carrying out the following tasks;
  • Support with administration of CLM, e-billing tool and legal ticketing system
  • Support the Legal team with invoice/billing queries and support development of further streamlined legal billing processes
  • Assist with training for the business and Legal team on best practices for using legal tools
  • Support and manage various ad hoc projects within the team, as needed
  • Partner with the Legal Operations team to identify opportunities to improve processes, share best practices, and improve efficiency with the Legal team’s organisational structure, systems, technologies and controls.
About You
  • Well-organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with legal technology would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • High level of written and interpersonal communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be open-minded, proactive and willing to accept new challenges
