Long established and highly respected building services and facilities management company seek a Contract Manager to work in their HVAC / Air Conditioning division.

Based at their East Midlands offices, candidates can commute from Nottingham, Leicester and Derby.

You will ideally be an Air Conditioning Engineer by trade and moved into a supervisory / management role or you will be an Engineer looking to get off the tools and step into a management position.

Working on air conditioning installation projects mainly VRV and VRF using Mitsubishi kits and Daikin.

Most projects will be hotels and the hospitality sector where you will conduct some site visits when not in the office.

You will have a professional client facing manner managing engineers and sub contractors well.
