About The Role

As Contracts Logistic Manager you will provide on-site Health & Safety & HMRC compliance, direction and guidance for our on-site logistics contract with 3PL.

This is an ambitious role with the main purpose to lead the on-site logistics contract with our partner 3PL where you will be the main on-site link into make and plan organisations to guarantee plan / make & move alignment is seamless.

You’ll have management and financial reporting responsibility and take ownership of on-site budgets with clear financial targets.

You will be the team management contact on behalf of move organisation and the main link to the on-site team management representative with direct daily link to management and leadership for the site including ownership of control measures and contingency plans.

Health & Safety : You will ensure that everyone goes home safe everyday via daily management of on-site 3PL partners whilst adhering to the service level agreement contract. You will lead continual improvement for all logistics improvement projects and manufacturing excellence compliance

About You

You will hold a recognised Health & Safety qualification and a good understanding of end to end supply chain.

A high level of technical competence in understanding make & move operations with knowledge of the plan & make processes desirable.

Great interpersonal skills and experience of customer management including a consistent track record of being able to influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
