Salary around the £65k plus package (with potential for flexibility)
This hugely exciting role reports into the Site Director and the successful person will be responsible for leading all areas of continuous improvement (CI) within this fast paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
We seek an experienced CI professional who has a proven track record of delivering improvements within a high volume, fast paced, production environment. You’ll possess relevant qualifications in process analysis (whether that be TQM or Six Sigma Black Belt methodology) and enjoy an environment where your strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills can be used to benefit your colleagues and the business as a whole.
