Position Title: Continuous Improvement Business Partner
Grade: E 11
Reports to: Head of Continuous Improvement
Location: Kilmalid, Dumbarton
Department: Continuous Improvement
Purpose:
The continuous improvement (CI) Business Partner will work with various departments within the manufacturing business unit to facilitate the implementation of our TRACC CI program. The right candidate will be a highly motivated, people orientated change agent who can take people with us on this journey.
Responsibilities:
- Supports training and development of key change agents, at various levels in the business
- Provides logistical support for run and improve focused meetings
- Provides guidance and support in the implementation of the TRACC(s)
- Liaises and coordinates between site leadership and local task forces to ensure that their activities are consistently alignment
- Closely monitors and reports on practice and performance progress at meetings of the site leadership and task forces – provides insights in support or challenge to action/project owners
- Supports internal trainers in the coordination and delivery of training activities
- Assist with identifying and resolving key risk issues
- Supports development and co-ordination for the standardisation of key routines and processes
- Supports the creation and implementation of standards for best practice
- Actively promotes the change process at all levels
- Ensures that TRACC Platform is optimised to support and assess the change process
- Facilitates the change process

Familiarity with the TRACC methodology would be beneficial, as would experience in a manufacturing environment: drinks or FMCG.
