Contentious Probate Senior Associate , Bristol

This is a superb opportunity for a specialist contentious trust and probate Senior Associate to join a high profile firm where very high level work is available.

Joining a high performing and welcoming team you will relish working with a high calibre client base and be able to manage and nurture those relationships.

You can expect to find work relating to dispute resolution, estate administration and legacy income management on behalf of charity sector clients.

With at least 5+ years PQE, you can readily demonstrate solid post qualification experience as a genuine specialist in contentious trusts and probate, and experience of running your own caseload. You will be a true team player and have ACTAPS and/or STEP qualifications, or if not , you will have the desire to push for this qualification.

With your level of experience and strong communication skills, you will be supervising and/or supporting the development of junior fee earners in your current role and be positive and approachable in doing so.

You should be fully self-motivated and enthusiastic about complex contentious probate matters.
