The Firm This firm is a highly ranked Legal 500 firm across multiple practice areas. They are a modern and progressive firm who have organically grown over the last decade to now stand at well over 100 staff. A large proportion of their Partners are home grown to show that the sky is the limit on what you can achieve here. The Role Due to a thriving practice, the firm is seeking a new Contentious Probate Solicitor 2+ years PQE. You will work within a busy and experienced team, providing a high quality of services on all aspects of contentious wills, trusts, and probate cases for both claimant and defendant clients. You will work closely alongside established Partners and as a result; will be exposed to some very good quality work. Their clients are often HNW individuals and elderly. Handling your own varied caseload, this work will include: * Mutual and disputed will claims * TOLATA claims * Negligence actions in respect of wills and estates administration * Court of protection disputes * Statutory wills and the capacity to make lifetime gifts You will also benefit from good opportunities for progression with an organically growing firm.
