Critical Power Supplies Ltd is offering a great opportunity for an experienced Content Manager to join an ambitious, fast paced and rapidly growing Reseller selling across the UK.

Critical Power Supplies is a leading B2B and B2C Reseller seller a range of power solutions across the UK to Public, Private and consumer clients, growing consistently year on year and with ambitious growth plans.

Over the last 12years we have worked with a range of clients from the Serious Fraud Office, NHS, Sizewell to Superdry and HSBC

Critical is looking to recruit an experienced and versatile Content Manager for its E-Commerce management selling via our ecommerce enabled platform, to create, publish and maintain compelling visual and written online content across our many online channels.

You will work with our external suppliers, permanent web content manager and as required web freelancers, videographers, photographers and internal team members to develop content that both presents our products to consumers in an effective manner whilst representing our brand values.

Responsibilities:

- Develop content strategy that aligns with the short and long-term sales and marketing goals

- Collaboratively design and develop content, design and layouts across Amazon and web platforms with internal and external design resources

- Manage the content creation process for new product launches

- Create and publish engaging visual and written content

- Work with sales and product teams to create compelling product descriptions and narratives

- Ensure constant evolution and development of new content across our product ranges

- Optimize content for SEO as required with our agency.

- Ensure rich content is developed and published across various platforms to support both sales and after sales experiences

- Manage our international multi-lingual content where appropriate and as launched.

- Work with sales and our team to build product launch press releases

- Monitor brand consistency across our sales and marketing channels including packaging, ensuring our content always represents our brand values.

Experience/Quality Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Content Manager

- Comprehensive knowledge on online content publishing channels including web and social platforms

- Detail-oriented work style

- Strong time management and organisational skills

- Experience briefing and working with creative design teams

- Strong written English skills

- Strong background in visual content creation and management

- Own abilities in Adobe CS beneficial

- Experience in a creative content role in consumer technology sector beneficial

- Experience working in a small dynamic team

- Ability to be resourceful when needed

Package:

In return the Content Manager will receive an annual salary (dependent upon experience), and a potential annual bonus upon achievement of KPI’s, generous holiday allowance, pension scheme and staff discount. There is some flexibility as to home working for a couple of days per week.

Job Types: 12month fixed term temporary contract due to workload.
