We’re excited to announce that we are looking for Content Delivery Coordinators to join our Content Supply & Distribution team based in Leeds. We have x2 permanent opportunities available.
We are looking for the successful candidates to provide a smooth running and client focused service to all customers and stakeholders, both internal and external to ITV in the processing, repurposing and onwards delivery of all content across all platforms.
Some Key Responsibilities:
To provide a business focused service to facilitate the transfer of media assets (file and tape) to a variety of formats, whilst maintaining the highest possible technical standards.
Work closely with the rest of the Content Services Department as well as Creative, Content Management and Global Distribution to name a few key internal clients to ensure content is successfully transferred, transcoded and delivered where it needs to be, on time.
Ensure at all times the highest possible standards of customer care, assistance and service to
both internal and external clients.
To lead the smooth running of content processing tasks, such as editing, quality control, time code capture and transcoding.
To work in collaboration with the Content Delivery Manager, Supervisors and the rest of the team.
Excellent standards and a passion for the role and company is key to this team.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:
Minimum criteria
Demonstrable experience in editing, ideally using Adobe
A genuine, authentic passion for Media & TV
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail

The Key role criteria for the role is as follows:
A high level of understanding of the Broadcast and Online standards and formats/equipment and computer based editing systems
Understanding of common file delivery methods and transcoding processes to ensure standards and client’s requirements are met
Ability to multi-task across different capabilities during the day and the ability to escalate to the appropriate manager.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal & external clients
Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach and to cross disciplines as and when required; adapting to changing priorities & requirements and revising working practices to deliver innovative solutions.
Willingness to undertake training in emerging technologies as appropriate and communicate experiences and working knowledge with colleagues to maximise the team’s capability.
Ability to analyse and solve work-related problems in an effective way, finding solutions to previously un-encountered problems
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers both within and outside of ITV.
Self motivated problem solver.
The requirements of this role may require the successful candidate to work shifts across a 7 day week.
