Oxfordshire based / hybrid / one day in the office per week

Salary: Competitive/£25,000 - £32,000 depending on experience

Here at the Country House Department, we are about more than just buying and selling property. We know what matters when people are moving, and we’re determined to move things forward. Our Creative Team are vital in providing a unique approach to marketing our properties, and we are now looking to grow this team.

This opportunity will allow your creative side to shine. You will be crafting photo and video content of our clients’ outstanding properties, working closely with them to build imagery that showcases these incredible homes. We are looking for someone with previous experience in photography and videography, but you will also be led by our talented Creative Director to help develop and hone your skills.

This role requires someone with creative flair, and a passion for providing a high level of customer service. Our clients are the centre of our business, so we need someone who can adapt to meet customer needs and provide high level final products.

We are looking for someone with:

• Photographer & Videographer experience

• Creative Flair & Social media knowledge

• High level of customer service skills

• Knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, premiere pro, da Vinci resolve

To enable you to provide the best creative content, you will be provided with very high level and quality equipment, and all you require to take the product from start to finish. We will also provide training and development, and you will be working closely with our highly experienced Creative Director to ensure a smooth induction into the role. Our other employee benefits include reimbursement of mileage and 20 days annual leave.
