We pride ourselves on supplying all of our customers with the best quality products and the very best prices and we are on a huge growth trajectory, therefore, we’re looking for a highly skilled Content Creator to support us on this extremely exciting journey. As a Content Creator you will predominantly be responsible for product photography, so you must have acute attention to detail and possess great initiative in capturing images that highlight the best qualities of our products. You will be driven, and able to work independently or as a team. You will strive to always produce the highest quality work and be able to listen to feedback to improve or meet our brand stylistic guidelines.

Main responsibilities:

  • Planning and organising shoots, however, you must be flexible within your job role as some days may involve admin and maintenance of the studio in our Warehouse in Mitcheldean.
  • Editing and sharing content, which could be photoshopping product images and sharing them on the local drive with our Category Managers or producing a video in various formats for socials.
  • Ability to manage a calendar in line with the inhouse design request system to be able to plan shoots with Category Managers and models
  • Effective communication with various departments and within the team to facilitate requirements for the shoot
  • Ability to use Microsoft Software to plan briefs and systems to ensure the best possible outcomes for the shoot
  • Working with professional DSLR cameras, lighting and capture software
  • Attention to detail and ability to manipulate lighting using either strobe or continuous lighting in and out of the studio
  • Experience of using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to edit images to a professional standard
  • Assisting with the planning of video shoots from researching products or environments in order to produce creative briefs to writing shooting scripts or storyboards
  • Ability to use Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to produce engaging content, sometimes to match creative briefs and storyboards or to be more spontaneous to re-purpose content creatively

What we’re looking for in you:

  • Ideally, you will have a degree in a related subject such as Creative Media, Photography or Film with one or two years of experience. We will consider applicants with a Level 3 in a creative subject, however, you must have an outstanding portfolio of work and experience.
  • A portfolio/ showreel of work must be submitted with the application with the view to use this as a point of reference in the interview.
  • Extensive experience behind the camera, you will be able to adapt to a range of professional cameras when required either in-house or on the field
