Full Job Description

Summary
Responsible for coordinating a range of activities to support the creation and management of content and teacher resources, mostly across events and qualification support materials.Accountabilities
Role specific:
Work collaboratively to co-create content with subject experts, teaching practitioners and third‑parties to meet objectives and purpose, ensuring it’s designed with the user in mind and delivered on-time and to budget with support from the Content and Resource Lead Producers.
Liaise with relevant internal parties to support the process of commissioning and briefing external subject experts and third-parties to develop, review and produce content.
Coordinate and synthesise learnings from the measurement of content production and management to support on-going continuous improvement to output and process improvement.
Coordinate all requirements to maintain AQA resource platforms, working with Content and Resource Producers and internal and external parties as required.
Coordinate the approval process required to review resources produced by approved third-parties to support a quality output and adherence to AQA policies.
Provide support to the Content and Resource Lead Producers in scheduling of activity to time, quality and budget.
Make suggestions for improvements in process and quality of outcome.

General accountabilities
To comply with all AQA’s policies and other legislative requirements, including but not limited to HSE, Equal Opportunities and ISMS.
Where business needs change, to undertake other responsibilities which are of a commensurate level outside the terms of this role profile.
To utilise the available range of digital tools for communication, content creation and information processing in order to work effectively and efficiently. To maintain digital skills to meet business need.
