Salary: £23,000 - £28,000 p.a. (depending upon experience) + a range of great benefits inc wellbeing days in addition to your annual leave!
Fixed Term: 12 months (maternity cover)
Place of work: Navigators Point, Belmont Business Park, Durham, DH1 1TW 
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (part-time negotiable)

As a Content & Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the marketing team and various departments to use the power of design to simplify complex subjects. Your goal will be to visually articulate their messaging, ideas, and concepts, using your creative expertise to craft compelling graphics and content that sets us apart.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and the ability to create eye-catching and dynamic visuals.
  • Creativity: A natural flair for creativity and an eye for aesthetics to drive innovation in our design and content.
  • Consistency: Ensuring all design and content align with brand identity and messaging.
  • Adaptability: The capacity to adapt design and content styles to suit various target audiences and communication channels.
  • Team Player: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, as you’ll be collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Passion for Marketing: With the drive to contribute to our growth by using design as a powerful tool.
