Senior Project Manager (Consultancy)
£50,000 - £55,000 Plus Car Allowance
Birmingham Office

A dynamic firm of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors based in Birmingham and Northampton are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. However, location isn’t limited as we are working remotely, and will continue to do so post pandemic.

The consultancy is a privately owned, growing business and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career and achievements will be recognised and well rewarded. The team provides high quality services in Project Management and Quantity Surveying / Employer’s Agent work to a high-profile client base, with particularly strong expertise in Industrial and Commercial projects alongside other sectors such as Education and Leisure. We aim to attract and support the right people and to empower them to achieve their continued professional development.

Our ideal candidate:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience from a client-side role
• A demonstrable and stable track record of successful projects
• A natural drive to succeed
• A self-starter attitude. Nothing is given and in this role you will need to be determined,
• motivated and able to think "outside of the box" using initiative
• Able to work both individually but also as part of a team

As we move out of restrictions they continue to offer flexibility and work life balance, with some provision for working from home forming part of the all whilst continuing to offer a great team based working environment.

This successful consultancy has offices in Northampton and you should be able to get to at least one of the offices once a week plus usual site visits, meetings etc. The Company specialise in a number of sectors including industrial / commercial, education and healthcare sectors on schemes ranging from £1million to £50million.

MCIOB or MRICS Qualified client side Project Managers with experience ofPortal Frame/Industrial Projectsare of interest

With their Northampton office as a hub but working as part of a connected team and reporting into an Associate, the role allows for remote and flexible working.
