We are looking for talented and creative individuals to contribute and deliver on a marketing strategy that will build our brand and change the market, as a Construction Marketing Manager.

As the Construction Marketing Manager, a key player in our organisation, you will spearhead marketing initiatives and drive business growth of key accounts within the educational construction industry.

We are looking for a results-orientated and action-driven Marketing Manager to join our team, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to support in the delivery of agreed sales targets and acquisition of target prospects.

Construction Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

Developing relevant & actionable insights to deliver customer / segment-specific marketing activity.

Ensuring all assets are designed and executed in line with the company strategy and brand values.

Understand overall business objectives and contribute to strategic direction.

Develop & deploy specific customer marketing plans in support of overall strategy and brand promise.

Lead the development and execution of plans to grow sales & profitability of the assigned target customer groups. Ensure key targets achieved whilst operating within agreed marketing budget.

Undertake research and analyse market/ customer data to develop customer, chooser, user insights. Collaborate with Client Relations team to translate insights & analyses into new, effective Account-specific Marketing activities.

Develop and implement tailored marketing campaigns to grow Pinnacle’s design consultancy services.

Develop & maintain sales tools that demonstrate continuous improvements made by the business.

Support the development and adoption of an integrated CRM system across Sales and Marketing teams to enable end-to-end programme management and visibility of effectiveness.

Ensure maintenance and delivery of all on-line and print channels including (but not limited to):

Website

Main product catalogue

Customer bespoke product brochures

Category-specific brochures

Manage the selection and availability of merchandise to promote the brand.

Analyse the results of all marketing activity and present recommendations for improvement to management team.

Manage external agencies to ensure they have a clear understanding of the marketing strategy and deliver value for money. Evaluate their proposals against strategy and key messaging points. Ensure delivery is on time and on budget.

Understand the marketplace and respond to opportunities and threats as they arise.

Monitor trends in competitor companies and react where appropriate.

Understand relevant legal & regulatory frameworks (including GDPR.) Ensure all marketing programmes are compliant.Benefits

Essential Skills

Graduate with 3+ years experience in B2B Marketing.

Proven record of delivering improved business results through innovative Marketing programmes.

Experience marketing to Construction industry/ Tier 1 Contractors.

Demonstrable familiarity with LEAN or MMC principles.

Experience of developing & executing Account-Based Marketing programmes to key customers & prospects.

Effectively use CRM to enable end to end programmes with experience of using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar to activate Marketing programmes.

Dynamic character, visionary in outlook and understanding of the role of marketing in revenue generation & profit maximisation.

Well-developed communication & influencing skills.

Collaborative, proven ability to work as part of an effective team.

Commercial understanding and strong analytical skills.

Able to think strategically - and translate into relevant tactics.

Creative with ability to think laterally.

Action oriented - proactive, full of energy.

Proven project management skills - well organised and able to work to tight deadlines.

Good networking skills with a customer focus.
