CONSTRUCTION HOIST FITTER / INSTALLER

Due to business success and continued growth NTP are looking to recruit a number of motivated individuals as Hoist Fitters for the installation, maintenance and repair of Rack & Pinion Hoists, hiring to the UK’s largest contractors on construction and industrial sites nationwide.

Job Description:
Primary responsibility is to provide quality installations of construction hoists and equipment.
Effectively communicate at a high level with customers/ subcontractors/ office.
Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualification/Skills:
Experience in Rack & Pinion Hoists, Mast Climbers and/or Mechanical & Electrical assembly.
A valid CSCS card is required.
Full (clean) UK Driving License.
Hoist Installer NVQ Level 2/3
Harness, Slinger, Working at Height qualifications.
Self-motivated, team player.
Mechanically minded with basic electrical knowledge.
Work safely at height and use hand tools in a safe manner.

The ability to stay away from home to meet business needs is important for this role to be a success.
Minimum of 40 hours per week plus travel time (paid) and overtime.
