This four-star hotel is located in west London and has been created for comfort and style and offers a warm and welcoming service to all guests. The hotel has 6 modern meeting rooms and 133 en-suite bedrooms; it is the first in Europe to have a revolutionary open lobby concept. With good transports link, the hotel can be easily accessed by public transport. Brentford train station is about 10 minutes’ walk to the hotel. Our employees have been playing a tremendous part in the hotel and our team success, from our employee engagement being above 89%.
With the largest banquet facilities in our portfolio with 12,500 sq. ft.
We are currently looking for a motivated, professional individual with personality and passion to join our winning team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Conference Host to join an amazing team, reporting to the Conferecne and events supervisor. You will be required to work shift patterns of mainly afternoons and evenings. The successfully recruited Conference Host will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be a crucial part of our guests’ journey.
As a Conference Host, you must be self-motivated and be personable in the way you deal with people, who believe in delivering the best possible standards in guest service. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills to handle guest complaints and show you care by being thoughtful in the way you welcome and connect with guests.
Your Key Areas Of Responsibility Will Include
- To meet and greet all conference organisers on arrival to the hotel
- Actively implement revenue capture across the department in order to enhance revenue and protect customer service.
- Actively lead customer profiling, leading to a more personalized experience
- To ensure communication procedures are effective and efficient on a day to day basis, with key operating functions to ensure customer service standards are maintained.
- To develop interactive customer relations and to be aware of any possible future requirements. To display a ‘Can-Do’ attitude at all times.
- Maintain a level of broader knowledge which enables you to handle minor problems in all fields of the department.
