Hours: 23 hours per week, Saturday and Sunday

Concierge (weekends) – The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge within our restructured and expanding service in Bury. The service provides supported housing and an outcome based and personalised support service for people with complex and chaotic behaviours, leading to recovery, re-skilling and move on into independent accommodation.

The main purpose of the Concierge role is to ensure a safe and positive living environment for residents and service users and provide informal support, managing any situations which arise during the weekend.

Concierge (weekends) – You

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a basic knowledge and understanding of the needs of the client group and the issues they present
  • The ability to empathise with their needs
  • The ability to motivate them to achieve goals and thus promote their independence
  • Sound written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to achieve positive outcomes
  • Proven IT skills
  • Great organisational and time management abilities.
