Job Title: Concierge

Macdonald’s Concierge plays a vital role in delivering a great guest experience to all our guests. They will have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed our guests expectations. Operating on the front line, they are the real ambassadors of our company and are committed to consistently delivering high standards

Role Requirements: Our Concierge our hardworking individuals who can work on their own initiative and our key players within our Guest Service Teams

They may have experience of working in a similar position within a 4 star environment, however, full training will be given

Duties include: To assist with guests luggage both on arrival and departure

To cater for guests needs whilst staying in the Hotel

Assist on the Front Desk over busy periods

Keep working areas - Reception, Hotels Lounges tidy at all times

To be aware of daily events taking place in the hotel including VIP’s and Key Appointments

To be security conscious at all times and report any suspicious activity

Have a sound computer knowledge

To have a basic knowledge of the local area including attractions, transportation systems and local shops
