Spacecare Ltd are an established national estates maintenance company offering grounds maintenance, soft and hard landscaping, specialist cleaning and winter services. Spacecare is the contractor of choice for many well-known property management companies, private owners, national companies and local governments, undertaking services on business parks, retail parks, industrial estates and commercial buildings.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Concierge to assist the Building Manager prestigious office building in Cardiff City Centre. Working with our Facilities Management team you will be expected to focus on the tenants needs by constantly innovating new and exciting ways to improve the client and tenant experience.

To be successful in this role good solid customer service skills are required. This role is ideal for somebody who already has strong Front of House skills and is looking for a new challenge.

  • Ensuring the safety of the building’s occupants and visitors
  • Ensure the security of the building
  • Monitoring of CCTV system
  • Providing the main initial contact for, contractors and tenants to the building
  • Liaison with Tenants on a day-to-day basis offering an efficient friendly interface
  • Organise regular tenant activities and events in conjunction with local businesses.
  • Continually evaluate our offering to tenants and innovate the front of house experience for the tenants in the building
  • Handle and coordinate potential viewings and vacant space
  • Handle any problems / complaints from the occupants effectively
  • Assist with updating occupiers regarding maintenance and compliance issues
  • Attend and coordinate tenant meetings
  • Maintaining records regarding all mandatory and non-mandatory inspections
  • Carrying out building inspections and assemble a prioritized reactive maintenance list
  • Assemble regular and ad hoc reports as required by the client.
  • Site meter reads
