We are currently seeking a concierge/facilities manager to join our friendly and supportive team.

This role will be weekends, 9am-5pm (with a paid lunch and break time) and is based in the Liverpool city centre area. The salary ranges between £10.50p/h - £12.50p/h based on the experience of applicants.

The successful person will be responsible for making sure that the facilities are well kept on a day-to-day level and that any tenant issues are resolved or reported. Core duties include:

  • Managing parcels.
  • Liaising with external subcontractors.
  • Front of house management with students.
  • Reporting of issues to senior management.
  • Maintaining general upkeep of the property.

It is important that the successful candidate has experience of customer service, maintaining health, safety and security, and have good written and verbal communication skills. A drivers license is desirable but not essential.
