An exciting opportunity has arisen for A Compliance Monitoring & Safety Manager at Quadrant Systems Limited.

The Compliance Monitoring & Safety Manager is a nominated Post holder role for both the Approved Training Organisation (ATO) Quadrant Pilot and the FSTD operators Quadrant Systems Limited (QSL) and Pier Seven Aviation (P7) as defined in EASA Part-ORA.

The role can be flexible with a mixture of remote working and working at our Training Centre in Burgess Hill, UK.

The Compliance Monitoring and Safety Manager is responsible to the Accountable Manager for:

  • Monitoring the compliance of the organisation with all applicable regulatory requirements under EASA Part ORA or equivalent UK-CAA regulations
  • Monitoring the compliance of the organisation with the provisions of the Operations, Training and Safety Management Manuals
  • Ensuring that the compliance monitoring programme is properly implemented, maintained and continually reviewed and improved
  • Ensuring that the QSL and P7 Quality System meets UK CAA/ EASA Part ORA Compliance Management System requirements
  • Managing and preparing Simulator dossiers for presentation to the UK CAA/EASA in order to meet the requirements of EASA Part ORA Initial Evaluations or Re-evaluations
  • Managing and organising the Simulator Initial Evaluations or Re-evaluations with the UK CAA and EASA and ensuring smooth running on the day for each Simulator assessment
  • Preparing and managing EASA part ORA Compliance Management System Audits with the CAA on a biannual basis at the Burgess Hill Training Centre
  • Ensuring that audits are conducted by suitable personnel
  • Facilitating hazard identification, risk analysis and management
  • Monitoring the implementation of actions taken to mitigate risk
  • Ensuring the maintenance of safety management system and documentation
  • Ensuring that safety management training is available and that it meets acceptable standards
  • Acting as the focal point for safety issues
  • Conducting an Annual review of Quality procedures
  • Supporting customer audits both remotely and on site as required

This is a part time role (up to 12 days per month) and will require flexible working to ensure coverage across two sites.

Attendance on site to support any visit from the relevant regulatory authority is essential.
