NetPay Merchant Services limited is a UK provider of face to face and online card payment solutions distributed principally through strategic partners. technologi is a provider of customer boarding, AML and credit risk management, money settlement and customer self-service solutions for the merchant services industry and sell solutions to acquiring banks, ISO’s and payment facilitators all over the world.

Position Summary

NetPay Solutions Group is a leading FinTech in the payments industry supporting customers through its NetPay Merchant Services and technologi Worldwide divisions. As the business continues to grow and evolve, it now requires a Compliance Manager to support the wider team to manage its compliance obligations. The business is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant and certified, is awaiting the 2nd stage of its ISO27001 assessment and is currently undertaking regulation as an Electronic Money Institution, Account Information Service Provider and Payment Initiation Service Provider with the FCA. It is also dealing with an increasing number of large banking and payments customers who have rigorous Vendor Management approaches.

Job Description

• Supporting the various stakeholders across the business to implement and maintain best practice to meet and exceed the requirements under our regulatory and certification requirements.

• A role that has touch points across various departments in the business where regulation influences their day to day activities.

• Drive and support change where it is required.

• Regularly interfacing with external organisations who support the business to gain and maintain compliance in various areas as well as the regulators/certification bodies directly as required.

• Keeping close to changes in our regulatory and certification requirements including the publication of new directives and changes in the payments landscape, assessing the impact of those on the business and working to create the necessary projects and programs to implement change.

• Maintain various processes within the business that directly affect our ability to maintain our regulatory and certification requirements.

• Regularly assessing and monitoring the performance against those processes.

• Support the wider business in the vendor procurement process, in-particular the initial and annual reviews with our larger banking customers. Your role will be to represent the position of the business in respect of compliance and evidence our achievement of the requirements placed upon us.

• When vendor procurement processes require the business to implement change, be one of the driving forces around designing and implementing the scope of those changes and making them part of your future assessment of performance.

• Support in the management of our own vendor management policy and approach ensuring those who we contract conform to the requirements of our business and the expectations of our customers.

• Experience in reporting to the wider leadership team a view of the businesses compliance (both obligations and achievement) in an engaging and succinct way.

• A direct report of the Managing Director given the importance of the role and the need to span multiple departments and gain the immediate support and assistance of stakeholders across the business.
