To ensure the continued delivery of high quality services, Parkopedia is looking for a Compliance Manager (part-time or full-time) to take responsibility for ensuring the ongoing certification to the industry recognised standards which we are accredited for including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, and ISO 14001:2015, as well as to deliver compliance to potential future standards.

Responsibilities

Taking sole responsibility for all Compliance matters at Parkopedia relating to ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001, plus future compliance standards that the business requires
Owning, maintaining and improving the Management Systems utilised for compliance
Continually improving management systems to ensure ongoing conformance
Providing support for GDPR compliance and PCI-DSS certification
Ensuring the effective delivery of internal/customer & supplier audit requirements.
Acting as lead on new implementations/extensions to certifications/standards such as TISAX
Overseeing and mitigating business Risks
Taking responsibility to ensure all business areas are supported sufficiently for maintaining and/or achieving its ISO certifications
Leading the management of internal audits, defining the audit schedule and performing internal audits in accordance with the plan.
Taking accountability for quality reviewing audits and corrective action plans, where required
Requirements
Proven track record of implementing, maintaining and auditing against ISO standards
Lead Auditor - Ability to Lead Audits and working with any of the relevant management systems or other industry standards e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, PCI-DSS, TISAX, GDPR
Experience liaising with 3rd party auditors
Knowledge and experience working within a digital service provider environment
Experience of working in the development of software and the collection and maintenance of data driven services
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workflow
Diligent and detail oriented
Self-motivated and happy to work independently
Good English communication skills both written and verbal
Project and partnership management experience desirable (although not mandatory)
