Job Title: Compliance Manager

For The Successful Compliance Manager Our Client Is Offering
  • Salary £36,946 P/A
  • ALL OVERTIME IS PAID AT DOUBLE TIME
  • Days position
  • 37.5 hours per week (8.30 am to 5.00 pm)

The Role Of The Compliance Manager
  • Adherence to all safety regulations (BSI, ISO, HACCP, COSHH etc)
  • Participation in QHSE training
  • Proactively support and promote the development of the QHSE agenda and culture
  • Organise, coordinate and lead all 3rd party audits
  • Manage and oversee all documented systems within the business (none IT)
  • Lead the HACCP team and manage the HACCP system
  • Manage the risk assessment system
  • Control the sites training matrix and training documentation
  • Manage the COSHH system
  • To support the QHSE department
  • Carry out QHSE Induction for all new starters and annual refreshers
BRC/IoP
  • Maintenance and improvement of the BRC system including, but not limited to, hygiene procedures, work instructions, controlled documents, and risk analysis.
  • Lead the Company with regards to hygiene policy, food safety and hygiene improvements ensuring that compliance is up to date.
ISO14001
  • Maintenance and improvement of the Environmental system, environmental procedures and controlled documents.
  • Lead the Company with regards to environmental policy, legislation and sustainability agenda ensuring continual improvement.
What our client is looking for in a Compliance Manager:
  • Ideally have a minimum of 5 years of professional practice in systems roles in QHSE, Corporate or operational areas
  • The successful candidate must have a Systems qualifications (Auditing related)
  • Must be Degree / Diploma qualified in the following
  • NEBOSH
  • HACCP
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • Lead Auditor
