We are actively looking for a Compliance Supervisor to join a housing association in Trowbridge on a 12-month fixed term contract with the opportunity to become a permanent position. You will be covering all ahead of compliance, particularly across fire safety. In return you will receive flexible working, company vehicle and mileage expensed.

As The Compliance Supervisor, You Will Be

Leading a team of 6 to ensure all the domestic properties are compliant and work is completed to a high standard and providing support where needed.

Covering all big 6 areas of compliance, particularly focusing on the fire safety.

Overseeing the delivery of the FRA programme.

Experience And Qualifications

FDIS qualification

NEBOSH Fire ideally

Experience managing a compliance team

Experience working on domestic and commercial properties

We are keen to see CVs from Compliance Supervisor, Compliance Team Leader, Compliance Manager, Fire Safety Supervisor and Fire Manager.

£45,000-£47,000
