COMPLIANCE AND FACILITIES MANAGER – TEMPORARY TO COVER MATERNITY
Salary: Grade 5 - £20922 – £20494 + Crawley Weighting, for 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday start and finish times to be agreed). The role is for 52 weeks a year. We would expect the candidate to work hours during some school holidays. Holiday 23 days plus bank holidays.

We are looking for a very special person to be our Compliance and Facilities Manager to start ASAP in March 2022. Is this you? You will need a good educational background with excellent organisational, administration and computing skills. You will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic and committed to the education and welfare of young children. You will need to be able to deal with a wide variety of tasks and differing situations and no day is the same.
Are you:
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated, hard-working and would enjoy working in a school environment? Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
  • Able to address complex situations sympathetically and appropriately when dealing with school staff, suppliers or contractors.
  • Able to multi-task and expect the unexpected whilst remaining positive and working efficiently and effectively?
  • An excellent and organised administrator?
  • A competent user of IT software to produce and analyse reports?
