Compliance consultant - Edinburgh

Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will take on a varied and rewarding role in our client advisory and compliance monitoring team, dealing with clients as varied as hedge funds, private equity and fast moving FinTechs.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for your own portfolio of clients and assisting & advising them in all FCA regulatory matters relevant for their business. This will include:
  • Undertaking compliance monitoring programmes and presenting results to senior management;
  • Providing oversight of AML and customer due diligence processes;
  • Participating in regulatory projects, such as compilation and submission of FCA application packs;
  • Keeping up to date with current regulatory developments and informing clients as necessary.
Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a bachelors degree or equivalent. They should have a willingness and capacity to continue learning and on the job training will be provided where necessary.
