·This role will be Home-Based 3 days a week, office commute 2 days a week in the Taunton Area.

Role Responsibilities:
- We are looking for an individual with either a strong applicable degree such as Economics or Law/related or an individual with experience of providing support to a business in a relevant area such as legal, compliance or analytics.
- The individual will support compliance and governance requirements ensuring all customer and supplier contracts, Data Processing Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements are up to date
- supporting Tender reviews and Submissions
- Researching issues and advising the business on all required aspects of commercial contracts
- Engage with teams throughout the business to identify areas where value can be added, including analytics, modelling or process improvement/review
- Support the managing of regulatory compliance across the business
- Providing research and advice on commercial and contractual issues as required across the business
- Support the sales team in sales cycle / tendering / analytic processes
- Conducting draft contract reviews, negotiation and liaison with new customers and suppliers
- Support the managing of compliance across our existing business relationships
- Any other reasonable tasks
Essential:
- Interest in how a business runs including: legal, compliance, analytics, data protection and security
- Sound business acumen with the ability to understand how pieces fit together
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
Salary & Application:
Salary will be up to £32,500 per annum depending on experience and relevancy to the brief, this includes an 8% pension, optional private healthcare, full, comprehensive and ongoing training and personal development throughout your career, promotion prospects and routes into senior positions or other divisions within the company.
